1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Kinaria" / "We" / "Us" means Kinaria Co., Ltd., 252 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
• "Programme" means any product or service offered by Kinaria, including the Family Meeting Facilitation Toolkit, the Household Inventory Reading Course, and the Annual Family Reading Circle.
• "Customer" / "You" means any individual who purchases or enquires about a Programme.
• "Website" means this website at https://kinaria.info
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase any Programme.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a Programme. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Thai law.

3. Programme Description and Availability

Kinaria offers three programmes as described on the Website. Programme descriptions, contents, and pricing are as published on the Solutions page and are subject to change. We will honour the description and price applicable at the time of confirmed purchase.

Programmes are available to customers in Thailand. International purchases may be possible by arrangement; contact us to discuss delivery options outside Thailand.

Reading Circle places are limited to a maximum of 12 participants per annual circle. Availability is subject to capacity at the time of enquiry. We will confirm availability before accepting payment.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Prices

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable Thai VAT. Prices published on the Website at the time of enquiry are the prices that will apply to your purchase.

• Family Meeting Facilitation Toolkit: ฿2,800
• Household Inventory Reading Course: ฿4,900
• Annual Family Reading Circle: ฿28,000

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by PromptPay and standard Thai bank transfer. An invoice will be issued for all purchases. Payment details are provided after your enquiry is confirmed. Payment must be received in full before materials are dispatched or Reading Circle enrolment is confirmed.

4.3 Refund Policy

Printed toolkits and courses: if materials arrive in a damaged or defective condition, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on printed materials once dispatched.

Reading Circle: if you are unable to attend a session, the session is not transferable or refundable individually. If you withdraw from the full circle before the first session, we will refund 80% of the annual fee. No refund is available after the first session has taken place.

5. Delivery

Printed materials (toolkits and course booklets) are dispatched by post or available for collection from our Bang Rak office. Standard postal delivery within Bangkok takes 2–5 working days. We will provide a dispatch notification by email. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the postal carrier.

Reading Circle session dates and venue details are communicated to enrolled participants at least 4 weeks in advance of each session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Kinaria, including course materials, toolkit formats, templates, and reading notes, is the intellectual property of Kinaria Co., Ltd. or its content contributors and is protected under applicable Thai and international copyright law.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own household purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt Kinaria materials for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Reading list references point to third-party published works. Those works are subject to their own copyright; Kinaria does not grant any rights in third-party material.

7. Disclaimers

Kinaria's programmes provide educational and practical information about household coordination and record-keeping. They are not a substitute for legal advice, financial advice, or professional mediation. Content is provided for informational and organisational purposes only.

We do not represent that use of our materials will produce any specific outcome for your household. Results depend on how materials are used and on factors outside our control.

The Website and all materials are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinaria's liability for any claim arising from purchase or use of a Programme is limited to the amount paid by you for the Programme concerned. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law in Thailand.

Force majeure: we are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, or major infrastructure failures.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Website and any Programme materials for lawful household purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Programme materials without our written consent. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of contact details provided to us.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to dispatch if we have reason to believe the purchase is fraudulent or in breach of these Terms. In that case, a full refund will be issued.

We may suspend or terminate Website access without notice where required by law or where misuse of the Website is suspected. These Terms survive termination with respect to any completed purchases.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from purchase of a Programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinaria regarding the subject matter. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. For purchases already made, the Terms applicable at the time of purchase continue to apply.
